Frequently Asked Questions
How we work, what we build, and what to expect when you get in touch.
Five core areas: custom software development, web and mobile applications, website design and development, AI agents and automation, and systems integration with DevOps. Most engagements combine several of them rather than sitting in one box.
Five stages. Discover, where we analyse your goals, users and technical requirements to create a clear roadmap. Design, where we craft the interfaces and system architecture. Build, agile development with regular check-ins, testing and iterative refinement. Launch, deployment with monitoring, documentation and team training. Iterate, ongoing support, analytics review and new features as you grow.
We review your message and reply within 24 hours. Then we schedule a discovery call to understand your requirements, and follow it with a detailed proposal and timeline for the project.
New startups, large agencies, individual creators, small teams and ecommerce brands. Project size matters less to us than whether we can make a real difference to how you operate.
Yes. Our offices are in Dubai and Liverpool, which lets us cover Gulf and UK working hours, but we work with clients worldwide and run projects remotely as standard.
On the front end, Next.js, React and React Native, plus Flutter for cross-platform mobile. On the back end, Node.js and Python with PostgreSQL and Firebase. For infrastructure, AWS, GCP, Azure and Vercel, with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform where the project calls for it.
Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, ClickUp and Trello are common ones, and we build custom API integrations and middleware for anything else. We also work with Zapier, Make and n8n when an off-the-shelf automation is the right fit.
It depends entirely on scope. As a real reference point, we built and launched the Ohay multi-service delivery MVP, covering a customer app, driver app, merchant dashboard and admin panel, in six weeks. We will give you an honest timeline in the proposal rather than an optimistic one.
Yes. Launch includes monitoring, documentation and training for your team, and the Iterate stage covers ongoing support, analytics review and feature work as you grow. We take projects from concept to launch and beyond, with no hand-offs and no gaps.
Yes. Legacy system modernisation and migration is part of what we do, alongside API integrations and middleware development, so new work fits around what you already run instead of forcing a rebuild.
